At BLUMOSS we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.

Unless the item is defective the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. 

Please email customer service at info@blumoss.com or call 844-258-6677 and we will email you a return form and label.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Final sale / clearance items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
